Today folks feel they don’t have sufficient time. This causes a variety of stress and unease. ‘Multi-tasking’ usually results in decreased focus and mistakes – which then take up extra time. Some grow to be so dispirited by their ‘to-do’ record that they put things off. Until, hoping it will be simpler one other day – or unnecessary if left long sufficient – and so the checklist will get longer… When time appears like this, every part appears an effort. Yet there are people who do lots but don’t look like busy; they are carefree. How do they handle that? The secret lies in how a lot we understand and value ourselves and time. Being in the present permits us to focus more effectively.
I’m typically requested. “Where do you get your power from?” If I use my time, energy and cash in ways that are benevolent and helpful I experience a whole lot of happiness and power internally and in my relationships. As human beings, we always experience change – from being a toddler to an adolescent to a grownup, then an older particular person. Yet, ‘I’, the one who experiences the world and expresses myself by way of this ever-changing physique, remain identical. The key is to be inside the present. And aware of myself as a spiritual being, temporarily inhabiting the physique I exploit, observing and participating in the great drama of life. I play my physical position with duty. However, I may also step back mentally from that function and observe myself. The position then becomes extra lovely, more precise and more correct. As a result of, I can perceive better how you can play it objectively. I come into time, into the drama of life, but I also can step back into one other awareness – that of timelessness, of eternity.
